My boyfriend and I are considering going to Bermuda in mid-July. Is that an okay time to go? Also, what cruise should we take- we are in our mid-twenties and would like a cruise with plenty of activities, but not that many kids. Are there any that have food and drinks included? Neither of us have ever been on a cruise before. We are also on a budget. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

There are several cruise lines doing Bermudas itineraries in July. Some just have 1 stop there and the rest are in other islands in the Caribbean, others focus solely in Bermuda. They range from 5 nights on Royal Caribbean’s Grandeur of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas to to 7 nights on RC’s Empress of the Seas or Celebrity’s Journey, to 9 nights that visit Bermuda and other islands on the Explorer of the Seas or the Crown Princess.
The best option for you will depend on what you like doing, what’s available for the exact dates you can travel, what your budget is (Celebrity, for example, is a premium line, and more expensive), etc. Also, keep in mind you need to add the cost of flights to the departure port.
For plenty of activities, I would choose the Explorer of the Seas, one of the largest cruise ships there is, but you’ll find plenty to do in any of these ships.
They will all include your meals and some non-alcoholic beverages, but sodas and alcohol are not included.

If your leaving from Boston, Norwegian Cruise line leaves right from here and goes to Georgetown, Bermuda. Check out the rates at vacationstogo.com – they have a 90 day count down on prices which is a great savings – you don’t need to pay a fee to join this either and they are very pleasant to work with..
