    Carnival.

Carnival is a shitty CL for old drunks. Royal Caribbean and NCL are top class.

Carnival is usually the most fun for younger crowds.
Some have teen discos, many have waterparks, all have pools.

Carnival they have the "fun ships" you will see a lot of people around your age well 25-30

The best cruise lines are NCL, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Disney.

I have been on all of these. Obviously Disney would not be the best, as they have many activities focused for younger kids (character greetings, etc). Royal Caribbean can sometimes be thought of as the nicer version of Carnival, although I do love Carnival also. Carnival is great for teens and not too expensive. Royal Caribbean is also great for teens but a bit pricier, however the ships have more to do on them (ziplines, rock climbing walls, ice skating rinks, etc). NCL is also quite nice, a little more old fashioned though.

So basically, its what you like. I would suggest either Carnival or Royal Caribbean, depending on how much you want to spend.
